The idea for 90 Days of Gratitude sprouted from a very personal place. Like many of us, I found myself caught in a cycle of negativity. Despite having a good life – a loving family, a supportive husband, and a secure job – I was struggling with feelings of jealousy and ingratitude. It was a dark spiral, leaving me feeling small, unloved, and utterly defeated.
One particularly difficult week, negativity seemed to pile on, hit after hit. It was a wake-up call. Looking at my children, I knew I couldn't stay in this state. They deserved a positive, grateful role model, not a source of negativity. Quitting wasn't an option.
In the depths of this self-pity, a spark ignited. I sought guidance, meditating on how to help myself and others struggling with similar feelings. That's when the number 90 bloomed.
